MISHBV and Terminal 27 present a new experience for guests in the art and fashion worlds, with a screening of ‘Purring Metal’ by Hugo Comte at the Sheats-Goldstein Residence and avant-garde, grunge style performances. Polish-streetwear fashion label MISHBV and T27 come together in collaboration with the Los Angeles-based creative studio Amor Corp to exhibit internationally-acclaimed photographer Hugo Comte’s first feature film ‘Purring Metal’, drive-in style at the Sheats-Goldstein Residence.

300 guests joined the evening to celebrate an activation encompassing street punk fashion and art house film, with music by Noah Dillon, Dese Escobar, and Venetta. With Frieze Los Angeles as the backdrop and cultural landscape, this experimental endeavor exalted a new way in which we can view and enjoy art, film, and music within an unparalleled, nouveau practice.

Polish streetwear brand MISBHV was founded in 2014 by Natalia Maczek. Citing motorcyclists, 90s’ rave culture, and childhood memories of Post-Soviet Poland as her main influences, Maczek sought to create a brand at the intersection of fashion and the underground. The result was a future-facing ode to Warsaw’s techno-punk scene, with MISBHV offering an assortment of sleek, monochromatic garments which remain utilitarian yet versatile.
